Coosa Wattee is an United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians community development which consists of 10 homes located in Tahlequah, OK. The design of Coosa Wattee has been two-fold, creating a new vibrant community in the heart of Tahlequah while maintaining the flexibility to reproduce the base home models on any site within the tribes boundaries.
To achieve variety and flexibility, the design team created three base models (2 bed, 3 bed and 4 bed) with two distinct roof options for each and an interior and exterior “look book” that would allow new homeowners to customize the look and feel of their home while maintaining the same high-quality materials and cohesion throughout all future home builds.
