B.J. Dumond
President
In 2007, B.J. Dumond started Maska Builders with David Kerns. Together, they have over 50 years of experience in business, construction, and economic development. Mr. Dumond is a registered member of the Cherokee Nation and served on the board of CNB (Cherokee Nation Businesses) for a 9-year period. During this time period, CNB owned and managed many diverse businesses ranging from Casinos to the Aeronautical/Space field. He has served on the National Advisory Board for Haskell Indian University. Through his extensive experience in economic development, he is able to implement strategies and provide solutions to owners. As the President of Maska Builders, he is committed to excellence as a full-service commercial general contractor and construction management company.
B.J. Dumond

In 2007, B.J. Dumond started Maska Builders with David Kerns. Together, they have over 50 years of experience in business, construction, and economic development. David Kerns
Vice President
David Kerns has been the Vice President of Maska Builders since the company’s launch in 2007. He is a certified construction manager through the State of Oklahoma Department of Central Services and is DBIA certified, he is directly responsible for all commercial construction operations and pre-construction planning. He received his Bachelor of Science, Construction Science degree from the University of Oklahoma and has since, gained extensive knowledge and experience through working as an estimator, project engineer, project manager, and superintendent. Through an excellence in standards, he is able to coordinate pre-construction planning and estimating with the owner in order to execute the project for the most economical outcome. As the Vice President of Maska Builders, David Kerns fully utilizes leadership skills and project management expertise as an executive team member of a quality driven construction company.
