This 8,000sf facility was designed and constructed to serve multiple functions, a full-service market and café. The market showcases locally sourced goods, fresh produce, frozen items, specialty foods, and meats processed at the Miami Tribe’s Food Processing Plant, while the café offers hot meals, snacks, and grab and go options prepared in a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen.
